Yes. You can schedule a reservation for a pick up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations must be made at least 6 hours ahead of time for us to guarantee you a driver at the time you wish. Under no circumstances are patrons permitted to ride in the chase vehicle. The chase vehicle is covered jointly by our company insurance policy and the individual vehicle insurance policy.

No we are not a taxi service but we are a designated driving service.Our goal is to ensure “We get you and your car home safely.” The drop off address we can drive you too is your address on your driver’s license, ownership and insurance. If you are from out of town we can also get you to your hotel.

Once we get you home our designated driver parks your vehicle properly, closes all the windows and locks the doors and turns off your vehicle. Yes, but in your own vehicle. At no time will we provide transportation in our driver’s (Chase) cars. You must have a vehicle to use our services. Drivers of Ontario Designated Drivers Inc. can refuse to offer you or any other person service if they feel

• someone being armed, belligerent, violent, verbally or physically threatening or abusive

In a case where our drivers will not provide transportation in your vehicle they will call a taxi to get you to your destination.

We provide designated driver services for all events (birthday parties, private parties, corporate functions, holiday parties, and wedding receptions, medical and dental appointments.

Our Drivers are liable for all moving violations while driving your car. All calls logged when the job start and end.

We accept Visa, MasterCard (Credit or Debit). We have an inbuilt fare calculator, which calculates and deducts your card at the before your trip is dispatched.You will get a receipt confirmation as your card is billed.

Our fare starts from $20 (+ HST), which usually covers 0-10 km of the ride.Then $1.50 per kilometer is charged which is automatically inbuilt into our fare calculator in our app once the pick-up and drop off address is entered. In most cases we are cheaper than return taxi fare plus you save cost on parking by not leaving your car behind.

You can cancel the trip after booking within the first 5 minutes with no charge, after 5 minutes of booking you will be charged the entire cost of the ride.We show confirm cancellation screen on app when the booking is cancelled after 5 min of requesting a driver.

Your vehicle’s insurance covers the vehicle. Our drivers will check for a valid insurance card and ownership as well as conduct a quick safety inspection of your vehicle before leaving.Each driver of Ontario Designated Drivers Inc. assumes all responsibility for any deductible payable under the patron vehicles insurance collision coverage. If an accident occurs while operated by the drivers of Ontario Designated Drivers Inc., then the insurance deductible is to be paid by the driver of Ontario Designated Drivers Inc. that was driving, if the patrons refuse to cover the insurance deductible.
